1. How much is your delivery fee? How Do you compute your delivery fee?
a. Parcel - base shipping fee to areas within Metro Manila is P100 while to provincial areas (outside Metro Manila) is P150, for packages with a chargeable weight of 3kg and under. The shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer on top of the total product purchase price.

b. General Cargo - chargeable weight is the higher resulting weight between actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is computed as L x W x H/ 3500. A MUJI specialist will email/Viber you regarding the final shipping fee based chargeable weight computation.

c. Additional Weight Fee - if the volumetric weight of the final package goes beyond the weight limit of 3kg, and additional fee per kg will be added to the base shipping fee.

d. Remote Fee - an additional fee will be applied if the delivery area is classified as a remote area.
​
NOTES: For orders amounting to P70,000 and up, we offer free delivery within Metro Manila. For bulk orders or furniture orders amounting to below P70,000 within Metro Manila, P2600 base delivery fee will apply (not applicable for same day delivery). Rate may change depending on the vehicle that will be used for the delivery. For all bulk orders or furniture orders outside Metro Manila, general cardo delivery with additional weight fees will apply.

2. Do you offer free gift packaging?
For online catalog and Viber orders, we can send you MUJI gift packaging together with your order which you can use to wrap your presents. To request for this, you can add "GIFT WRAPPING" in the Notes section upon checkout. Below are our gift packaging guidelines for your reference:

3. Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we ship outside Metro Manila for a minimum delivery fee of P150. Kindly note that this is still subject to change depending on the size, weight, and dimensions of the item/s ordered.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
For online catalog transactions, we accept GCash and bank transfer. Payment instruction and details will be sent to you by a MUJI Specialist via email after order confirmation.

5. Are these all of MUJI Philippines products included in the catalog? Why am I not seeing some items I saw in the store? May I still purchase these online?
The catalog contains the majority of our items available in stores. Should you wish to purchase an item that is not in the online catalog, please send us a message through this website via clicking on the "Let's Chat!" button in the lower right of this page. You may also contact your preferred MUJI Store via their Viber number.

6. What is MUJI's return and exchange policy?
Our existing policy allows for return of exchange within 30 days from receiving your purchase. Returned items must be accompanied with a receipt. Tags and labels are intact and items are in good selling condition. Products are in original packaging and there are no signs of alteration.

7. Do you accept return and exchange for furniture items?
Purchases of furniture items under our online service are not allowed for return except for items assessed and determined by MUJI Philippines as a factory defect. Please keep the original packaging.

8. Can electronic products be returned or exchanged?
All electronic products purchased in-store or via our online catalog may only be returned or exchanged if properly assessed and determined by MUJI Philippines as a factory defect.

9. Do the hard carry cases have warranty?
Yes, the hand carry cases have a warranty valid for two years from the date of purchase. Within the guarantee period, the hard carry case/s may be replaced or refunded depending on the cause of damage or defect, which is for proper assessment by MUJI Philippines.

10. Do you have a gift registry/ gift certificates?
We do not offer gift registry services but we do offer electronic gift cards which you can purchase here in the online catalog. Our e-gift cards are exclusively available online and can only be used for online orders.

11. Purchases made from the MUJI online catalog, physical stores, Viber are not intended for reselling. MUJI has the right to refuse processing of orders if it is determined that the order was places under any of the following circumstances.
a. Reselling of MUJI products through other online platforms or non- MUJI stores.
b. Products with a purchase limit shall be limited to one customer, one postal address, and one email address per transactions only. Processing of delivery will be on a per transaction per shipping basis. For special bulk orders for personal use or corporate use, you may email sytan@muji.com.ph.
c. MUJI Philippines does not commit to granting multiple packaging requests on products purchased from the MUJI online catalog, physical stores, & Viber.
